VALUE Phase I: The Company is developing an easy to use in-home communication device that connects to any standard television set, allowing seniors to videoconference with their caregivers through a secure portal. The portal will also be accessible through a computer or Smart-Phone, enabling multiple points of communication. The portal will provide additional tools to access external Electronic Medical Records, Case Management/Patient History, Remote Biometric devices, ePrescribing, and Billing management systems.

VALUE Phase II: The Company will develop a mobile device (worn as a bracelet or necklace) that connects seniors to care-providers and local emergency services at the push of a button. The device actively monitors a care-recipient’s location through GPS, sending alert text-messages if the care recipient moves outside of configurable “comfort zones”. The mobile device will contain motion detection capabilities (velocity meter) that can determine if a user has fallen down.
